Position Summary
The Laborer will assist with general construction site operations and material handling to support project progress and site efficiency. This role is responsible for maintaining clean, safe work areas while assisting trade teams with basic construction tasks as directed by site leadership.
Primary Responsibilities
• Maintain clean and organized job sites through regular debris removal and site maintenance
• Assist with moving, staging, and distributing construction materials
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Support carpentry, framing, and general construction tasks as directed
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
• Help maintain equipment, tools, and jobsite materials
• Follow safety procedures and company construction standards
• Support project workflow and daily site operations
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a construction team
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new construction skills
• Basic understanding of construction site safety practices
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
• Detail-oriented with strong reliability and time management skills
• Comfortable working in outdoor and active construction environments
Education & Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of one to three (1–3) years of construction, labor, or trade experience preferred
• Experience with basic construction tools and site work strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
